The Women's Rock DFS II GTX uses AKU's exclusive Dual Fit System ("DFS") to give you both maximum comfort during your approach and a high-performance fit while climbing and scrambling. The Rock DFS II GTX has two separate lace zones that utilize lightweight webbing that wraps around and under your foot which enables you to customize your fit. The Rock DFS midsole incorporates a lightweight EVA foam for cushioning and a polyurethane heel for durability and support. Together with a GORE-TEX breathable upper lining and a Vibram Approach sole with Megagrip, the resulting Rock DFS GTX offers a high-performance approach shoe for all-day comfort. The Rock DFS II GTX features a more secure heel fit compared to our original Rock DFS to increase climbing performance and on-trail comfort.
